Director of Operations

It’s hard to describe the feeling you get when you help entrepreneurs and artists achieve their dreams. Throughout my career I’ve had the pleasure of supporting and coaching small business owners, non-profits and creative organizations.

Before joining Copper Kitchen as Director of Operations in the summer of 2017, I spent the first part of the year on an organizational development project at Red Branch Theatre Company, for which I was awarded a grant from the Howard County Arts Council. Prior to that I spent a number of years working with School of Rock, first as the General Manager for the Baltimore location, and later with the Corporate office as a Franchise Business Consultant. There, I guided owners on all operations functions, everything from grand openings to programming to local marketing.

Having over 20 years of experience in arts and entertainment, I understand the importance of clear communication and high-quality customer service, and I enjoy the fast-paced problem solving involved in the event industry. During my time in NYC in the mid-2000s, I worked for the international theatrical phenomenon Blue Man Group, in both Creative Development and Artistic Direction. A proud graduate of Goucher College, collaborative and creative environments bring me so much joy. I am thrilled that my diverse career path has led me to joining the amazing and talented Copper Kitchen team.
