I have been cooking in and around Baltimore for the last 10 years. My passion for cooking started when I was quite young, at a local crab house. When I was 13 years old I started cooking and steaming crabs at Conrad’s Seafood Market. My obsession with seafood grew over the years and turned into my passion for food. My style of food has grown into using local ingredients and manipulating them in creative ways to show off their full potential. I have worked with the chef at Copper Kitchen for years, and when he asked me to be his Sous, it was an opportunity I couldn’t turn down. I am incredibly excited about the opportunities presented to me and my team and can’t wait to see what the future holds.
